Having Trouble Connecting?

Have you completed the setup but still cannot access the Internet?

The Troubleshooting section helps you identify possible causes and resolve common issues that may occur while using 3Mintel eSIM, SIM, or WiFi services.

Choose the issue that most closely matches your situation and follow the corresponding troubleshooting steps.

No Internet Connection

If your device has a network signal but cannot access the Internet, check the following:

  • Mobile Data is turned on
  • Data Roaming is enabled if required by the service
  • The correct SIM/eSIM is selected for mobile data
  • The APN settings are correct
  • The device has a network signal

If the connection is still unavailable, try turning Airplane Mode on and off or restarting your device.

eSIM Installed but No Network Connection

If the eSIM has been installed but there is no network connection, check that:

  • The eSIM is enabled
  • The eSIM is selected as the mobile data line
  • Mobile Data is turned on
  • Data Roaming is enabled if required
  • The device is connected to a supported network

After checking these settings, restart the device and try connecting again.

APN Settings Not Working

If you have configured the APN but still cannot access the Internet, check the following:

  • The APN name has been entered correctly
  • The username and password are correct, if required
  • The APN configuration has been saved
  • The correct APN is selected
  • There are no conflicting APN settings

If necessary, review the APN setup instructions.

  • The device is compatible with the SIM card
  • The device is not carrier-locked

You can also try removing and reinserting the SIM card, then restarting the device.

If your device cannot connect to WiFi, check the following:

  • The WiFi device is turned on
  • A WiFi signal is available
  • The correct WiFi network name is selected
  • The password has been entered correctly
  • The maximum number of connected devices has not been exceeded

If necessary, restart the WiFi device and try connecting again.

Slow or Unstable Connection

Connection speed and stability may be affected by:

  • Your location

  • Network conditions
  • Device performance
  • The number of devices connected at the same time

You can try:

  • Moving to an area with a stronger signal
  • Restarting the device
